Holds a MBA and B.E. Electrical and Electronics Engineering with over 18 years management experience in the field of Solar Manufacturing IT. He has been part of the technical collaboration of the Pentafour Group with Solec International inc , usa( owned by Sanyo) to manufacture wafers, cells and modules in 1993. He headed the US operations for Pentafour's solar operations till 2000 and played an active role in establishing several collaborations and Joint Ventures with leading US/Asian companies. He has been involved actively on the IT industry since 1997 and has run several businesses in the different areas of IT over the years and brings with him experience and skills. He has been involved with the marketing of solar related raw materials from Overseas to India and also finished solar products for the overseas market and is conversant with all the latest technologies in the field. He has been actively involved technical support for off grid and on grid applications since 1993. Actively involved in end to end epc consultancy under the solar vision for corporate and quasi government bodies.

DIRECTOR

With over 45 Years of Experience in Management, Manufacturing and Technology initiatives in the fields of Auto Components, Chemicals, Information Technology and Solar Photovoltaics. Runs manufacturing a manufacturing unit -a tier 2 to Hyundai where she has won awards in excellence in manufacturing from Hyundai. Has been involved in solar materials trading and establishing a 3MW manufacturing facility in 1993 and has been involved in the solar industry ever since.

Technology Strategist

He is a senior level technocrat with +30 years experience in the Indian Photovoltaic Silicon Market. His strengths include sourcing of materials, equipment and marketing Silicon and PV products in India and globally. He has a good track record and an in depth knowledge in various fields like Silicon crystal growth, Wafer production, Solar Cell line and Module Assembly lines, in combination with Quality control, Product development, and senior management functions. In the last 2 years he is actively involved in assisting the company in technology on solar applications based on the need and requirements on grid and off grid applications.

Technical Advisor

He has 35 years experience in the manufacture of various chemicals, the design, erection and commissioning. He has been involved in the first polysilicon plant in India in design and development. He has vast experience in setting up and running solar PV manufacturing turnkey lines in India including the operation of TPA organic solvent plant with high temperature reactor system. Design, Erection, Commissioning and Operation of Bleaching Powder Plants , Optic Fibre Grade and Commercial Grade Silicon Tetrachloride Plants and Poly Reactors in South Korea and in India. He has also been involved in system modification and system development to improve process efficiency and reduce the cost of manufacture. He has been involved with the first wafering plan in India and bring with him a wealth of technology experience on solar materials.

Technology strategist

Arun Natarajan has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor, thin films, and nanotechnology business. He started his career at Seagate Technology in Minneapolis, MN, where he spent over 11 years in various roles in Senior Management within Wafer Process Engineering including Wafer Metrology where he pioneered breakthrough technologies that set industry benchmarks in thin film processing. He has collaborated extensively with groups in NIST, Lawrence Berkeley Labs, Army Research Labs, USA towards advancement in semiconductor processing technology. More recently he was General Manager, R&D, with MoserBaer Photovoltaic Ltd, spearheading development activities in crystalline Silicon and amorphous silicon solar cells. Arun is also a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, USA, an MBA from University of Minnesota, USA.
